A sincere and warm cheers from the Antico Monastero in Beligna, a family farm, which invites you to enjoy a glass of "Beligna" wine, to experience the warm hospitality of the "Pergola" ... and its rich menu of Mitteleuropean cuisine, simple and home-made with its home-produced delicatessen, the home-made potato gnocchi with Montasio cheese sauce served with frico, 5 cereals with fresh vegetables, roasted pork shinbone with baked potatoes, sliced beef meat with balsamic vinegar sauce, the frico (cheese crisp) with potatoes, the Wienerschnitzel (breaded veal steak), the Palacinke (pancakes), the apple strudel, and so on, all served with the wines of our production, from the aperitif with the Pergolino to the dessert with the Brut of La Pergola, in tune with the history of this Mitteleuropean land and the etymology of our "Beligna" land of Beleno, the Celtic god of sun and heat.
